All Notarized certificates of destructions are mailed via First Class Mail to address provided by our customer.

If you have opted for this service, you will receive the certificate in the mail within 5 to 7 business days. Please keep in mind that if you did not select this option and paid the fee, a certificate cannot be expected. Your payment receipt can be your proof of service.

If you opted for the service and did not receive your certificate after 7 business days, we ask that you contact us via phone (978)851-0199 or email and ask us to retrieve a digital copy of the document. We will email to you at no additional charge.
